AdvaMed Meeting Space at J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference 2025

With the support of Medmarc, AdvaMed and AdvaMed Accel are providing complimentary meeting space for AdvaMed members and guests during the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.

The meeting space is available to reserve in 30-minute increments from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST on Monday, January 13, Tuesday, January 14, and Wednesday, January 15. Each table accommodates four people. The maximum number of meeting slots each attendee can reserve is 15.  

The Merchant’s Exchange Club is in San Francisco’s Financial District, less than a 15-min walk from Union Square.

AdvaMed members can reserve meeting space on this platform.

Reserve a Table


  1. To proceed with booking a table, click the Reserve a Table button ABOVE.
  2. Select a table and click “Reserve Table".
  3. Select an available day and time, then confirm.
  4. You can view/update your Table reservations by clicking My Schedule. 

You'll receive email confirmation whenever you create, reschedule or cancel a table booking. You can access your Schedule online at any time or download it as a PDF file onto your computer or handheld device. The date, time and table number for your meeting are displayed on your Schedule.

Message Members


  1. To message another member on this platform click the Message Members button ABOVE.
  2. Select a person from the list and click “Send Message".
  3. Type in your subject and message, and click Send.
  4. Messages alerts will appear in your Outlook/other inbox. Always go to 'View Messages' to see new messages and add to message threads. You can IM message partners who are online - these will have a green dot by their name
